A semana começou diferente. Senti que meu corpo estava “adaptado” com a mesma dieta e a mesma periodização. Então... se para voltar a ter respostas e resultados precisamos mudar, me preparei para isso, claro! E a preparação começou no fim de semana. Dei off total (de treino e cardio) sábado e domingo (descansei bastante) mas mantive a dieta (que já estava com dias de moderado a baixa ingestão de carbos). .Hoje aumentei minhas refeições de Carbo e as qtdds também. Antes de treinar já havia feito 3 refs de Carbo e ainda terei mais uma após o treino.Grupos musculares para hoje: dorsal e deltsCardio: apenas 20min de escada (alta intensidade).IMPORTANTE: Concentre-se nos detalhes do seu treino. GAINZ😤.BACK DAY part ✌🏼 I’m not quite sure what the first exercise is called but I’ll just call it a • Single arm hammer strength high row • Lat pull downs superset w/• Wide grip standing pull downs• Lat machine arms together superset w/• Singles on lat machine Everything was 4 sets to failure (dropset 2x on last set).When I go to failure I typically aim for a weight where I can get 8-10 reps with. If I get 12 reps or more with the weight I’ve chosen, I will increase my weight. I’ve always been a fan of reps on the low end of the scale. When I first started getting into weightlifting I stayed in the 6-8 rep range.. sometimes even 5. There was no specific reason for it other than that’s what I enjoyed and I think it paid off because I got strong really fast. Now I prefer a slightly higher range and who knows... maybe in the future I will be doing 12-15 like most bodybuilders 😂🤷‍♀️. I don’t like to always follow the standard “rules” when it comes fitness. If I don’t enjoy my training style then I won’t stick with it. So if you like lower reps... go for it. You like high reps.. do it. Whatever lifting style or method you choose to do, the goal is to always progress in the gym 💪🏼. (English below 😇) ☺So viel zu lass dich nicht hängen. #monkeybusiness 🐒 Ganz wichtig dabei ist, das Shirt möglichst bescheuert in die Hose zu stecken. 😆 Dienstags steht bei mir mein Rücken - Schulter Training an. Ich baue das immer so auf, dass ich zuerst an den freien Gewichten trainiere, dann an den Kabelzügen und Geräten und zum Schluss um noch das letzte Quäntchen raus zu kitzeln ein bisschen spielen wie hier. 😄 Trotzdem an dieser Stelle nochmal der mahnende Zeigefinger: Trainiert euren unteren Rücken, egal obs euch Spaß macht oder nicht. Aber kein sinnfreies Rumgekloppe mit Gewichten, so viele Bandscheiben habt ihr nicht. A good technique is essential. This cheeky little close grip pulldown has got to be one of my all time favourite exercise and probably one of the first exercises to help me get to grips with how I should actually be contracting my back muscles. I have to close my eyes and think about every muscle in my back moving one at a time but in conjunction with each other to get the contraction. It took me months and months of doing every week to get anything significant happening..... this is testament to how much effort you have to put in to your physio/recovery exercises for all of those of you who do what your physio told you 3 times and then wonder why it hasn't worked 🤣🤣Give it a go next time you manage to wrestle someone off the lat pulldown, it's a beauty 💪💪

Guten morgen am Dienstag #fitfam in dieser kurzen Arbeitswoche 🎉➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖Heute stand #backday an und wie bei jeder Session in diesem Plan gab es am Ende 15 Minuten HIT auf dem Bike ✔️.Ausdauer ist für mich eher "unspannend" (milde ausgedrückt... 😋). Dennoch komme ich so inkl. Warm Up auf immerhin 1h 45min pro Woche. ❗️Rope Straight-Arm Pulldow❗️ Instructions1. Attach a rope to a high pulley and make your weight selection. Stand a couple feet back from the pulley with your feet staggered and take the rope with both hands. Lean forward from the hip, keeping your back straight, with your arms extended up in front of you. This will be your starting position.2. Keeping your arms straight, extend the shoulder to pull the rope down to your thighs.3. Pause at the bottom of the motion, squeezing your lats.4.
