565X2 for my top set today. Intended to triple the weight, which would have been a massive volume PR, but just didn't have it in the cards today. Normally would have been able to grind that third rep but let the weight get too far forward and wasn't able to recover. Disappointed to say the least but a couple good things out of it too: 1. That's the most technically sound this set of doubles has moved, 2. Tied an all time volume PR (heaviest weight I had on my back last prep) with 6 weeks left in this current prep. I know you guys. I can do better than another mirror selfie lol. But I promise the upcoming posts on My insta are going to be much better; working out footage and better pics. I'm bulking now. I can tell you that from my previous experiences going all out dirty bulking and dropping the cardio sessions and developing eating disorders will get you big. Mostly fat. Do not get miss informed. Even if your favorite youtouber or fitness guy / fitness girl say they eat whatever they like. Rembber they do youtube for a living so they will premote whatever and care less about what the outcome on thier audience. Remmber friend the goal here is better you. Better version of you. And the good look should come as extra reward not the main goal. Some people have diffrent genetic than you. They can cut eating whatever and hardly gain fat. Even so they are destroying thier health. They can not see it now. But the will in the future. any comments on the new haircut!? My approach to bulking is lean bulking. I still have one or at the most two cheat meals a week. But I eat clean for most of the week. I go to the gym 15h a day 6 days a week. 45 minutes of intnese workout. 20 minuets of cardio. My goal now is to lean bulk. And I think your goal at this time of the year should be that. Lean bulking takes time so give your body that time. Had a pretty late leg day last night (got home at 2:00 AM). Worked with 225 on squats for a set of 10 then 3 sets of 8. I'm really liking this @roguefitness Ohio belt so far but it definitely feels weird to be squatting with a belt again. To be honest, I've been kind of half assing training lately. But, I think it's time to stop fucking around and get to work. I'm stepping up my game from here on out. Not just In training but also in life outside of the gym. I'm gonna make it a point to start trying to grow as a person. For me that means trying new things and actually taking steps towards my goals. Current look this amHad a bad weekend when it comes to dieting, and had some excessive calories and a few too many alcoholic beverages. The progress needle moved backwards this week but we’re back at it tomorrow!-Gonna hit these next 2 weeks hard and end the minicut after that. Weight was around 247 this morning, so I’ve got some ground to make up for! We all fall off at times. The important thing is that you get back on and get that momentum rolling-Going to be picking up the intensity this week, dropping the food a tad and upping the movement! Always adapting because that’s what the body does exceptionally well! Have a good week peeps🤙🏼
