🤩What you see before you is an array of meals which if I can manage to cook, well then anyone can, I’m sure I’ve regressed in my cooking skills hence why I keep it simple.-🤗 The bottom 2 meals I make in batches. Its that’s soupy time of year, again, so what I’ll do is make a base soup like a mega pot of veg soup & freeze some. I’ll turn add protein & some starchy carbs as I heat up to eat, means I can easily add a bit of variety. Eating this kind of breakfast keeps blood sugar levels from spiking first thing in the morning and then dropping soon after, and instead keeps them level for a long time!
