Transformation Tuesday – About 30 weeks pregnant to about 30 weeks post-partum 😊. Clearly I love pregnancy transformation pictures, but I mean it when I say if my chocolate addicted, Netflix lovin’ ass can do it, so can you Mama 😘.My top 5 tips for mama’s not wanting to lose their physique through/after pregnancy:1 (most important): Eat to nourish not only your body, but your baby’s body. Baby eats what you eat! You will have cravings, and I’m not saying don’t ever give in to them – you bet your behind that I did! But not on a regular or daily basis. Remember moderation.2. Piggybacking on number one, you are not eating for two. I know it’s tempting, especially if it’s your first pregnancy, but that’s exactly where first time mama’s go wrong (ask anyone who’s been through it). At most, you need 300-500 calories more per day in your last trimester.3. If you were exercising before pregnancy, keep doing what you were doing! Baby was used to it before you even knew baby was there 🙄. If you weren’t exercising before you got pregnant, start. Start light and watch how your body reacts, but even a daily walk is going to be beneficial for you and the babes💯.4. Piggybacking on number three, don’t be afraid to lift heavy! Later in the pregnancy you might need to lighten the load, but the first two trimesters – do your thing. Make them gains, girl 🤘 – it’s bulking season! You won’t harm your little peanut.5. Listen to your body, but be realistic. If you need rest (the first trimester you’re going to be sleepier than a sloth and if you’re extra lucky, you’ll be sicker than a dog), then rest. But try to determine the difference between being lazy and needing rest, because there is an obvious difference when you look for it. Pro tip: exercise increases energy levels.👌 Pregnancy is scary. Not being able to feel baby right away is nerve racking. Are you eating enough? Are you drinking enough water? Are you getting enough sleep? Is baby healthy? Are you doing anything wrong? So I arrived at the end happier and just got rid of whatever that negativity was. I repeated the final routine until I couldn't anymore and got my fun on with my goose!

Okay, I know I shout her out a lot, but can you blame me?! This girl just blows me away! Her journey is one of my favorites- I LOVE seeing how far she has come, not just physically but mentally! ❤️ # This is 9 months. NINE FREAKIN MONTHS!! 🙌 She's down 70lbs, but also so much more than that. Here is what she had to say: ”9 months ago I was so depressed. I had non stop panic attacks. I binge ate. I barely even functioned as a mom. 😥 It was horrible. And I will NEVER go back.✔I have NEVER got my sweat on longer then an hour.✔I have NEVER deprived myself of yummy treats.✔I have NEVER felt so guilty I've given up.✔I have NEVER felt 0 support because I have my girls and my coaches.✔I have NEVER been so damn proud of myself.-I changed my DAMN LIFE forever in 3/4 of a year. 😍 Physically, mentally, spiritually, in relationships and more."

Been a BIG fan of #butter lately...and this one is the best!!! --- By going grass fed, you avoid consuming grain that most animals are fed... why is that important? Well... cows wouldn't eat grain or corn naturally, so their system rebels and creates inflammation which leads to a sick animal that is pumped with antibiotics ... and overdoing antibiotics has led to decreased immune function and all kinds of probs for humans & animals alike. This girls still GOT IT 🙌🏻🙌🏻 PREGGO diamond push-ups 🙌🏻 💎 Today I sat on the couch trying to talk myself OUT of my workout. Ever done that? Yah. But I remember how GOOD I feel afterward and I do it anyway. I get dressed while I'm STILL telling myself to skip today... I'm tired, baby didn't sleep well, I have laundry to do, I have errands to run, I'm pregnant.....etc.Today's workout is ROUGH. Friday Fight is one of the hardest ones in Max30. But as soon as I started I felt A-MAZING. Literally. I haven't done full diamond push-ups for MONTHS- I loathe push-ups actually 😂. And this move calls for knee-Diamond push-ups. I started out doing that but I was feeling good, like I said. So I was like... what the heck? I'll find out if I can still do them 👊🏻 And I did. TRY new things. CHALLENGE yourself. You will be surprised at what you're truly capable of when you do. You will have belief in yourself you never have. And if you can't? You TRIED. And that is a new goal. If I wouldn't of been able to do it, I could set a new goal for myself. To do a damn diamond push-up. 🙌🏻 Because goals OUTSIDE of a pant size, weight loss and inches lost are IMPORTANT. Non-scale victories will make you MORE successful. When you want to be 'healthy' that means more than a weight. It means long-term habits. Constantly making new goals in your workouts will make that happens. First workout post Triathlon complete☑️:And now I'm stuck at a crossroad. 😣 For the last year and half I have been doing a constant powebuilder/body building program. I'd add in cardio depending on races; resulting in 2-sometimes 3 a days:But now that I've completed an open ocean swim triathlon; I'm hungry for more. So, do I continue doing what I'm doing putting work into two different types of training-depleting my body at each step.? Or do I pull back on the weights dedicate three solid days to 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️ and but the weights as a second fiddle.?.Ultimately allowing my body a rest but still someone what achieving my goals.? Ugh...this next week maybe two I'll have a lot of contemplating, lots of planning to do if I want to be ready for Tri-season come March 2018. And possibly compete in my first Olympic Tri and hopefully 🤞🏽 Ironman.:Anyway that's where I'm at training wise. (Still need to fill you guys in on my personal life) What's you're take on it? Advice welcome 😘
