Silly Apple BitesINGREDIENTS2 green apples, each quarteredsunflower butter32 sunflower seeds2-3 strawberries, sliced1-2 homemade googly eyes per apple biteINSTRUCTIONSCut the middles out of each quarter of the apple to create a mouth. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨During my journey I found education was just the beginning, you have to want something 10/10 or you will lose confidence in yourself and also lose your progress...Joining the boss body program has given me the accountability I need to stay focused and the community of like minded ladies on similar journeys for support 😃I really don't interact with a lot of fitness and wellness minded people in my day to day and with all the chaos lately I needed this group to keep the focus on feeling better everyday.I have now gotten to a point where my lifestyle, my health and wellness is my priority. If I have this support and can support others in the same way  my focus is never lost and progress will always be the byproduct✌️

Eating out while on vacation tip‼️🐠—Try and set yourself up for success by picking a restaurant that has some healthier options for you to pick from. We went to a fish market, so it made it easier for us to pick a healthy meal. With the fish tacos, Bri ordered the fish grilled and had her side as the red potatoes, which was the healthier option over the rice and fries. She ate her fish tacos first, but only ate on tortilla instead of the two it came with. Then she had some of the potatoes and coleslaw. By eating this way, she ensured she had the protein first, which helped fill her up and kept her from filling up on the potatoes. Anthony ordered his first charbroiled, instead of fried, and coupled it with the same red potatoes. —The portions here were pretty big, so they made sure to eat slowly, and stop once they started to feel full. This helped stop them from over eating.

Chicken with leek, sweetcorn, mushroom and some pasta for tomorrow and chicken with pasta, peas and carottes in a light cream sauce for Tuesday. Or might decide to swap the days around ! *Not feeling my best through today... hopefully it is just from the time of the month and not a repeat of the sickness I had in August ! I have some bloodwork to be done for a general checkup to do, so I will probably do it tomorrow then I’ll know according to one of the result if it could be or not ! *Monday again tomorrow !
